Practical AI help, with evidence before action.
Whitewater AIOS helps organizations determine whether AI systems, agents and decisions can be trusted. RiGi Group delivers consulting and implementation using the framework, with Jimmy Standaert available for in-person sessions at client locations.
Start with an AI assessment
AI consulting begins with a defined decision. An AI readiness assessment considers the workflow, data, access and people. An AI audit or AI trust audit examines the evidence supporting its use, the material gaps and the conditions for proceeding.
Move from strategy to implementation
AI strategy consulting sets priorities and evaluation criteria. AI implementation consulting and business AI automation require an agreed scope with RiGi, system access boundaries, test evidence and accountable owners. Whitewater’s proof framework supports that work; public examples do not prove your system is ready.
Govern AI agents and decisions
AI governance assessment, AI risk assessment, AI workflow assessment and AI agent reliability assessment examine different parts of the same question: what can this system do, what may it do, and what evidence supports the decision? AI agent governance keeps approvals and escalation explicit.
Support your CTO or Chief AI Officer
The framework can support fractional CTO services and fractional Chief AI Officer (CAIO) advisory engagements delivered through RiGi. It supplies a method for reviewing evidence, priorities and authority; software does not replace an accountable executive.
Ask for AI help in plain English
You do not need a technical service label. Bring one workflow, an AI-generated answer you cannot verify, or an agent you are considering. We will discuss which assessment, advisory or training path fits.
Where we work
Kansas and Missouri are our first focus, followed by Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas and Colorado. In-person work takes place at client locations by arrangement; remote support is also available. These service regions do not imply offices in each city or state.
What to bring to a first conversation
Describe the task, who it affects, the tools you use and the concern you want examined. Leave confidential records and sensitive information out of the initial inquiry. Scope, timing and fees are agreed before work begins.
