One page did every job. So none of them got done.
Our supervisor agent kept its rules, its receipts and three weeks of history on one page. Run an hour below to watch it fill up, then split it into the four parts we use now.

Before: everything on one page
Every hour the agent checked the fleet and wrote a paragraph about it, even when nothing had changed. The rules stayed the same size. Everything else grew.

What to take from it
- Give an agent an approved place to write that isn't its instructions.
- Every scheduled loop needs a one-line "nothing changed" answer, the supervisor included.
- Something other than the agent has to check the agent. That's the dashed box above, and it caught our next mistake within minutes.
